Joe is a native of Buffalo, NY and has lived in the Philadelphia region since August of 2003. He received his bachelor's degree from Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, PA and has been serving at Spring Valley in a variety of roles since January 2007. Joe has been the Lead Pastor at Spring Valley since June of 2011. Joe's true passion is to challenge, encourage, and help people learn to follow Jesus. He believes that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the hope for every person on the planet and that life dramatically changes when you follow Jesus. In his spare time Joe likes to cook, play golf, read, and be continually disappointed with the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. Other than Jesus Joe's first love is his wife Cheryl and his two kids Joseph and Lucia.

Andrew grew up in Phoenixville and received his bachelor's degree from Valley Forge Christian College. He is currently working on his master's degree at Biblical Seminary. Andrew is passionate about seeing people's lives changed by Jesus, connecting people into the life of Spring Valley, and photography. Andrew and his wife Angela enjoy kayaking, traveling, and hanging out with their dog Bella.

Nate has been on staff at Spring Valley since November 2010. He is originally from Oneonta, NY and has his bachelor's from Valley Forge Christian College and his master's from Ashland Theological Seminary. Nate and his wife Sharon are gifted in ministering to children and passionate about helping kids follow Jesus. Nate and Sharon are the proud parents of their daughter Aunnica.

Up until 2006 Sue-Ellen and her husband Jim were serving as missionaries in Romania. They moved to the area so Jim could join the faculty at Valley Forge Christian College. Sue-Ellen has her B.A. in Mathematics from Scripps College in Claremont, CA. She radiates with passion for discipleship, prayer, and encouraging women. Sue-Ellen has been on staff since August of 2010. She enjoys reading, nature, and traveling.

Barry has been a part of Spring Valley since it's inception in September of 2005. Barry is from New Jersey (please don't hold it against him) and moved to the area to join the staff and be an integral part of planting the church. Barry has a passion for helping people feel welcome, getting connected at Spring Valley, and helping people learn to follow Jesus.  Unfortunately, Barry is a New York Mets and Dallas Cowboys fan. Barry and his wife Barbara enjoy traveling, gardening, hiking, and spoiling their five grandchildren.

Brandon grew up in Parker, CO and holds a bachelor's degree from Valley Forge Christian College. He has been a leader in the youth ministry at Spring Valley since Spring of 2008. Brandon and his wife Laurie are passionate about building relationships with students and helping them learn to follow Jesus.

Dan has been a part of Spring Valley since it began in September of 2005. Dan is currently a Digital Media Professor at Valley Forge Christian College. Dan is gifted in all things technology and also has a heart for worship and creative communication. Dan is passionate about worship, teaching, cooking, Kan Jam, Apple, and is a Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. Dan is married to his best friend Alicia.
