We understand that walking through the doors of a church for the first time can be overwhelming. We want you to know that we work hard to create environments so that you feel welcome.

People begin arriving around 9:30am when our Connection Café opens. We serve a complimentary continental breakfast and it is normal for there to be people sitting at round tables getting to know one another. At 9:45am our kids ministry areas open and you are free to drop off your kids to one of our age appropriate rooms. We LOVE kids at Spring Valley, so we promise that our kids ministry is safe and all of our kids workers are properly screened and trained.

At 10am our service begins. We start off the service with some inspiring music led by our worship band. After the worship time we have a time of prayer, give a couple of announcements, have everyone fill out one of our connection cards, and receive an offering.  Following this one of our pastors will preach a sermon. At Spring Valley we teach on a topic or a book of the bible for several weeks. We believe that the Bible is God's word and teaches us who He is.

The goal of every sermon is to help every person take steps to apply the Bible to their lives. After the sermon is over, our service ends. From beginning to end our service is approximately 75 minutes. After service our Connection Café re-opens and people normally stay around to have conversations.

Our pastoral staff is available after service to talk and we are eager to serve you in anyway possible.
